Two things to buy: a build, once, and care, monthly. Both prices are on this page because you should be able to work out whether we are in your range without booking a call. Every build includes 30 days of free care, and most sites launch in two to three weeks.

The difference between these tiers is how much site there is and how custom it gets. Design quality, load speed and SEO setup do not change between them — those are the job, not an upgrade.

Included with every build
The first 30 days of care are free.
Launch week is when things surface — a form that needs rerouting, a phone number that changed, a page you want worded differently. For 30 days after launch that is all covered on any tier, at no cost, whether or not you carry on with a plan afterwards. Nothing starts billing until day 31, and nothing renews unless you say so.

What is not included in the price?
Your domain registration, roughly $20 a year, and anything you buy directly from a third party — stock photography, a paid font licence, a booking or payment provider's own monthly fee. Photography and video shoots are separate too, though we are happy to arrange one. Everything else — design, build, copy polish, SEO setup, analytics, launch — is in the number you were quoted.
Do you take payments in stages?
Yes. Half to start, half on the day the site goes live. On Premium builds we split it into three: a third to start, a third at design approval, a third at launch. Care plans are billed monthly and start after the first 30 free days. Invoices are due within 14 days and we take e-transfer or credit card.
What happens if I want changes after launch?
Two rounds of changes are built into every build before launch. After launch, small edits — text, prices, hours, swapping a photo — are covered by any care plan and usually done within two business days. Bigger work, like a new section or a landing page, is included on Pro, and quoted at a flat rate if you are not on a plan.
Can I cancel a care plan?
Any time, with no notice period and no cancellation fee. Email us and the plan stops at the end of the month you have already paid for. You own the site, so we hand over the files, the domain and the hosting details, and help whoever takes it next get set up.
Do I need a care plan at all?
No. The site is yours and it works without one. A plan buys you hosting, backups, monitoring and someone to email when something needs changing. If you have somebody in-house who can handle hosting and updates, skip it. If nobody owns that job, the site quietly rots, and that is the most common reason people call us for a rebuild.
Why is Premium priced from $5,000 rather than at a fixed number?
Because Premium covers work that genuinely varies — a booking system, an online store, or twelve location pages are not the same job. You still get one fixed number before anything starts. We scope it on the first call and the price does not move afterwards unless you ask for something new.
Can I move to a different care plan later?
Yes, up or down, at the start of any month. Most people start on Lite after launch and move to Growth once they are adding pages regularly. Tell us and we change the next invoice — there is no upgrade fee and nothing to re-sign.
