01 — Build
New sites and redesigns.
Designed for your business, written by hand, and built to load fast on a phone on a bad connection.
$1,500 – $5,000+ · most launch in 2–3 weeks
What you get
- A design made for your business, not a theme with your logo dropped into it.
- Every page written or rewritten with you, so the words match how you actually talk to customers.
- Mobile-first layout, checked on real phones — not just a browser window squeezed narrow.
- On-page SEO on every page: titles, descriptions, headings, image alt text, and structured data.
- Contact forms that reach your inbox, with a thank-you page that confirms it sent.
- Google Search Console and GA4 connected before launch, plus an XML sitemap and robots file.
- Fast hosting, SSL, and a domain pointed properly — we do the DNS, you keep the registrar account.
- Two rounds of changes built into the price, on a live link you can share with your team.
- A 30-minute handover call and the first 30 days of care, free.
If you already have a site
A redesign is not a fresh start, and treating it like one is how businesses lose the traffic they spent years earning. Before we design anything we take stock of what your current site has:
- We pull every existing URL and check which ones bring in search traffic, so the pages that earn get rebuilt, not dropped.
- Pages that rank keep their headings, their topic, and their content — we rebuild the shell around them.
- Every old URL is mapped to its new home in a written list you get to see, before anything goes live.
- Permanent 301 redirects are set up for all of it, so old links in directories, emails and Google results still land somewhere real.
- Your domain stays yours and stays put. Nothing about the address changes unless you want it to.
- After launch we watch Search Console for crawl errors and coverage drops for 30 days and fix what shows up.
Rankings can wobble for a week or two after any rebuild. That is normal, we tell you when it happens, and it settles.
Who it is for
Businesses with a site that embarrasses them, businesses opening with nothing at all, and businesses whose site was fine at five pages and has since become a mess of one-offs. Trades, clinics, restaurants, firms, studios, shops — the work is the same shape in every industry. If you sell something and people look you up first, this is for you.
02 — Grow
Getting found, and proving it.
The setup comes with every build. The ongoing work is part of the Growth and Pro care plans.
Included in every build · ongoing from $149/month
On-page SEO, done once and done right
- One clear subject per page, with the title and description written for the search someone actually types.
- Heading order that makes sense to a person and to a crawler — one h1, no skipped levels.
- Service and location pages for the areas you cover, instead of one page trying to rank for nine towns.
- Structured data for your business, services, and FAQs, so Google can read what you do without guessing.
- Internal links between related pages, so a visitor and a crawler can both find everything in two clicks.
- Images sized and compressed, with alt text that describes the picture.
- Your Google Business Profile checked and matched to the site: same name, same address, same phone.
Measurement you can actually read
Search Console and GA4 are connected before launch, verified, and left in your own Google account — not ours. Here is what gets tracked and what you see:
- Which searches showed your site, how often, and where you sat in the results.
- How many people came from search, from maps, from ads, and from typing your name in directly.
- Which pages people land on, and which ones they leave immediately.
- Form submissions and phone taps counted as events, so "enquiries" is a number and not a feeling.
- Core Web Vitals on real visits — load speed, layout stability, responsiveness — not just a lab score.
- Crawl errors, broken pages, and anything Google could not index.
On Growth and Pro you get one page a month: what moved, what did not, and the one thing we are changing next. No 40-page export.
Speed, because it is the ranking factor you can feel
Every page is hand-built static HTML, so there is nothing to boot up before a visitor sees something. Fonts are subset and preloaded, images are lazy-loaded below the fold with width and height set so nothing jumps, and there is no framework payload to download. We hold builds to a sub-one-second first paint on a mid-range phone, and we check it after every change — not just on launch day.
Who it is for
Owners who are buying clicks they should be getting free, and owners who genuinely cannot tell whether their website has ever produced a single customer. If nobody has opened your analytics in a year, start here.
03 — Maintain
Someone answers.
The part most studios skip. Hosting, backups, monitoring, and a person who replies when you need a price changed.
$49 – $299/month · first 30 days free with any build
In every plan, from $49
- Hosting on a global edge network, with the bandwidth included rather than metered against you.
- SSL certificate issued and renewed automatically, so the browser never warns anyone off your site.
- Daily backups kept for 30 days, and a restore we can run the same day you ask.
- Uptime monitoring every five minutes. If the site goes down we know before you do, and we tell you what happened.
- Security headers and dependency checks reviewed monthly.
- Minor edits — see below for exactly what that means.
What "minor edits" actually covers
Everyone writes "minor edits" and nobody defines it, so here is the line. On Lite, minor edits means anything that changes words, numbers, or pictures on a page that already exists — up to about half an hour of work a month, and we do not stopwatch you:
- Changing prices, hours, phone numbers, staff names, or service descriptions.
- Swapping photos, adding a few to a gallery, updating a menu or a rate sheet.
- Posting a notice — holiday hours, a closure, a new certification.
- Fixing a typo, a broken link, or a form that stopped delivering.
- Adding or removing a team member, a location, or a testimonial.
What it does not cover: brand-new pages, new sections, redesigned layouts, or a second location's worth of content. Those are on Growth and Pro, or quoted on their own — and we tell you which one it is before we start, not after. Send edits by email; most go live the same business day, always within one.
Where the plans differ
Growth, $149 adds content updates you would otherwise be queuing, monthly SEO monitoring, and the one-page analytics report. Pro, $299 adds ongoing SEO work, new sections and landing pages as your business changes, and priority support when something is urgent.
No lock-in on any of them. Cancel with 30 days' notice and we hand over the files, the domain, and the analytics accounts — they were always in your name.
Who it is for
Anyone who does not want to be their own webmaster. Especially businesses whose last developer went quiet — we take over sites we did not build, once we have looked at what is under the hood and can tell you honestly whether it is worth maintaining or worth replacing.
Straight answers
What we refuse to ship.
Most of what makes websites slow, fragile, and expensive to own gets decided before the first pixel. Here is what we say no to, and why it matters to you rather than to us.
No page builders
Drag-and-drop builders bury your content in nested markup, so pages load in five seconds instead of one and Google has to dig for the text. Ours is hand-written HTML — smaller, faster, and readable by anyone who opens it.
No plugin stacks
Twenty plugins means twenty things that can break, go unmaintained, or get exploited — and one bad update takes the site down on a Saturday. We write the few features you need directly, so there is nothing to patch and nothing to renew.
No recycled templates
A template your competitor two towns over is also using does not tell anyone why they should call you. It also fights you the moment your business does something the template did not anticipate. Every layout here is drawn for the business it belongs to.
No site you cannot take with you
Some studios keep the domain, the hosting, or the login and rent your own website back to you. You own everything from day one — domain, files, content, analytics — and if you leave, we hand it over properly instead of making it hard.
No tracking you did not ask for
Third-party scripts slow every page down and put your visitors' behaviour on somebody else's ledger. We install analytics you own and nothing else, and we tell you what each one does before it goes on.
No invented numbers
We will not promise a ranking position or a traffic figure, because nobody can and the people who do are guessing. You get the measurements as they are, including the months where nothing moved.

Not sure which one you need?
Send us the address of your current site, or just tell us what the business does. We will say which of the three is worth your money first, even when the answer is none of them yet.
