Keystone Sites

Work

What you end up with.

Every project delivers the same set of things, and they are listed below rather than described. Case studies go up as projects ship — with load times measured before and after on the same connection, or not at all. There are none here yet, and we would rather show you nothing than show you something invented.

Every project

Six things, on your side of the table.

Not a feature list. This is what you hold the day the site goes live.

Everything in your name — the keystone

Domain, files, hosting account, analytics, all registered to you before we start. You own 100% of it from day one; nothing is held back as leverage and every service we sell afterwards is optional. If you ever hand the site to someone else, you take all of it and we help with the handover.

A design nobody else has

Laid out around your business, not dropped into a theme. If a competitor down the road bought the same template, you would not be able to tell — so we do not use one.

Pages that load in under a second

Real images sized properly, no bloated page builders, hosting on a fast edge network. Speed is the cheapest trust you can buy, and most sites give it away.

On-page SEO, done page by page

Titles, descriptions, headings and structured data written for what people search, plus a sitemap submitted to Google. Every page, not just the homepage.

Numbers you can read yourself

Search Console and GA4 connected and explained in plain language, so you can see which pages bring calls without needing us to interpret a dashboard. Included from the Standard tier ($2,500) up.

30 days of care, included

Backups, monitoring and edits for the first month with every build, so nothing lapses in the weeks right after launch. Plans carry on from $49 a month if you want them — and the site is still entirely yours if you do not.

How the build works

Built for

Any industry. The arch is a metaphor, not a market.

The industry changes what the pages say. It does not change how the site is built, what it costs, or how long it takes.

  • Trades & contractors
  • Clinics & wellness
  • Restaurants & cafés
  • Law & accounting
  • Fitness studios
  • Retail & e-commerce
  • And yours

The standard

Measured, or not published.

Every case study on this site follows the same four parts: what the business needed, what we changed, what it cost, and what happened afterwards. No adjectives doing the work of a number.

Where we quote a load time, it comes from a before-and-after measurement on the same connection. Where we quote a ranking, it is a search you can run yourself. If we could not measure something, we leave it out rather than describe it vaguely.

That is also why this page has no projects on it yet. Padding it with invented examples would be the fastest way to fail our own test, and a buyer who checks is exactly the buyer we want.

In the meantime the numbers on the home page are held to the same standard, and every one of them is something you can verify yourself by opening DevTools on this site. Go and check.

Yours could be the next one.

Tell us what you have and what it needs to do. We reply within one business day, and the first call is twenty minutes with no pitch.
